*Talent MUST be willing to work as LA local hire *Rates and Terms are nonnegotiable. *Must be available between April 19 –May 1,2026 *Talent is paid through XR Extreme Reach Payroll Company via the talent’s signed contracts, W-4s, I-9s, and timecards. *Agents provide their W-9 for their payment. Invoices are not accepted for talent payments or agent’s fees. *Usage Buyouts to be paid only upon first use. *If chosen for the “Airport” spot you may need to travel to San Bernadino and stay overnight for 2 nights. Hotel and per diem will be handled and provided by the production company. TRAVEL FEES TO/FROM “AIRPORT” LOCATION ONLY: Hero&OCP: $60/flat mileage fee based on center of LA studio zone to San Bernardino International Airport at 105 N. Leland Norton Way, $.72/mileage rate x 77 miles= $55.44 Pay travel time as straight time $68.18/hr. + 20% agent’s fee TRAVEL AND DOWN DAY RATES FOR OUT OF STATE TRAVEL ONLY: Only applicable if traveling from out of state- Must be authorized in advance by Production company. Production company to handle all arrangements and travel expenses payments. Not payable on rehearsal or filming days Hero&OCP: $500/day + 20% agent’s fee NO FILMING/PHOTOGRAPHY • The shoot will be on a closed set with no unauthorized filming, photography, or other recordings permitted. The unauthorized use of personal electronic devices, including mobile phones, to film, photograph, or record during the shoot will be strictly prohibited.] • All commercial footage and/or related audio is the sole property of the Advertiser and is not to be shared with any unauthorized person, in any media, including social media, at any time. *There is a possibility shoot could happen in New Orleans, if this occurs travel/accommodations/per diem will be covered by production, TBD
