250 Years. One Dream
Total Mortgage is seeking talent for a heartfelt commercial campaign celebrating the 250th anniversary of America. The campaign explores the American Dream through the lens of homeownership, featuring authentic moments from everyday families as they achieve the milestone of owning a home. The project will consist of several short commercial spots and one anthem-style brand film. Stories include first-time homebuyers, a growing family, a veteran family, and a multi-generational family, all connected by the theme: "250 years. One Dream." This is a non-speaking role. Performers should be comfortable portraying natural family interactions, including moving into a home, sharing meals, playing with children, and creating meaningful memories together. We are looking for genuine expressions, authentic chemistry, and relatable personalities rather than traditional commercial acting. The tone is warm, cinematic, patriotic, and emotional, focusing on family, belonging, and the dream of homeownership.
