PROJECT HAIRCUT - NEW YORK (NDA TECH) NON UNION PRINT & VIDEO / JUL Y 2026 SHOOT LOCATION: New York, NY TALENT MUST BE NY LOCALS / WORK AS NY LOCALS PROJECT DATES: FITTING: July 28 SHOOT: 29, 30, 31 *Multiple shoot days cannot be guaranteed* RATES: *+20% Agency Fee if applicable ADULTS, 18+ YRS FITTING: $250 + 20%, to include max 2 hours, if applicable. SESSION: $500 + 20%, to include 10 hour shoot day. USAGE: $2,000 + 20%, to include usage, guaranteed at the time of booking. MINORS, UP TO 17 YRS MAX FITTING: $250 + 20%, to include max 2 hours, if applicable. SESSION: $500 + 20%, to include max time on set based on age for shoot day. USAGE: $1,000 + 20%, to include usage, guaranteed at the time of booking. USAGE: NON UNION TALENT ONL Y TERM: Five (5) years from first use date. TERRITORY: Worldwide. MEDIA: Unlimited worldwide use including channel third-party advertising for Apple products and services. Channel advertising may include, but is not limited to, retailers such as Best Buy, Target, and similar partners; out-of-home advertising including billboards, transit shelters, and other OOH placements; online and digital advertising; and owned channels and materials produced by Apple. All materials produced by Apple shall be removed from use upon expiration of the Term. Apple may use, and may make available to third parties, all produced work for public relations purposes and in any media now known or hereafter invented in perpetuity. Exclusions: Apple purchased Broadcast, Print and OOH.
