Client: Sumitomo Pharmaceuticals Product: Orgovyx ALL TALENT MUST BE NON UNION Session: $750 + 20% agent fee Wardrobe: $150/per hr Usage Fee: $6,500 + 20% agent fee (Payable only if Performer is in the final assets) ***Exclusivity: Exclusivity across the prostate cancer disease state, including products, drugs, and related educational promotional activities. Unlimited unrestricted exclusive US usage with the understanding that digital is worldwide, in all areas of advertising: for paid media, paid social, paid channel-usage, paid partnerships, on owned channels and 3rd party channels and platforms. ● Usage formats will include but not be limited to: print, brochures, non-broadcast video, online video, BTS, collateral, merchandise, web, digital, pre-roll ads, banners, electronic media, OOH, conferences, activations, all social - organic and paid, and emerging medias and apps, Vincluding all outtakes and raw images for three years from date of first use. Session Fee Covers: 10 hrs on set. Less than 8 hrs for minors under 18. Usage Fee Covers: ● Term: 3 years ● Territory: US and its territories and possessions with understanding that digital is worldwide by nature. ● Exclusivity: Exclusivity across the prostate cancer disease state, including products, drugs, and related educational promotional activities.
