Rescued from near death by a compassionate team at Angel Animal Shelter, Ethan’s miraculous recovery sparks a movement to change Kentucky’s animal cruelty laws. Led by Jeff Callaway, (Cast: Sean Patrick Flanery) Ethan’s caretaker, and State Representative Susan Reese, the fight for "Ethan's Law" becomes a rallying cry for justice and kindness. Along the way, Ethan’s story touches the lives of a young boy, a cancer survivor, and countless others, proving that one kind act can truly change the world.
