----------------------------------------------------- CREME OF NATURE SAG PROJECT // JUNE 2026 LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA SHOOT DATE: JUNE 15, 16 *Multiple shoot days are not guaranteed* RATES: SAG Scale Session: ($822.30 Session Fee for 8 Hours / +2 Hours of Time and a half x 1.5 to equal 10 hrs) SAG Scale for any SAG Residual Use: 2025 Commercials Contract. POSSIBLE INTENDED USE (NOT GUARANTEED): Digital Use Theatrical/Industrial Social Media ADDITIONAL USE RIGHTS & RATES: - Non Union Print/Stills/Video (see below) Fee for two (2) years from the date of first public use tentatively 11/1/2026: Stills and Video, Worldwide, Unrestricted inclusive of but not limited to – all media advertising and editorial uses, trade and consumer, third party retailers, print, out of home (OOH), industrial/theatrical, packaging on all vehicles, point of purchase (POP) / point of sale (POS) / in-store, collateral / free-standing insert (FSI) / magazine and non-magazine coupon use, direct mail, excluding television (TVC) / linear / broadcast. For perpetual use (no expiration date): Stills and Video, all electronic/digital/internet media, e-c commerce/e-retail, social paid/organic, streaming digital platforms, digital tv (DTV), connected tv (CTV), QR code initiatives, public relations, (PR) / corporate use / internal use, behind the scenes (BTS), and owned channels, (no new posts after the initial 2-year term; but there is no requirement to monitor and remove uses that have been posted or otherwise deployed during the initial 2-year term). The term of use shall include an additional ninety (90) days use post-expiration to accommodate in-market transition of the material (“run-off period”). Unrecognizable unrestricted media in perpetuity, excluding TVC/Broadcast. ADDITIONAL USE RIGHTS RATES (GUARANTEED): NON UNION PRINT/STILLS USE FEE: $1,500 + 20% NON UNION VIDEO USE FEE: $1,500 + 20% PRE-NEGOTIATED RENEWALS FOR ADDITIONAL USE RIGHTS: 1 Year Renewal - $750+20% Renewal Print/Stills Usage Fee Renewal: 1 year - $750+20% Renewal Video Usage Fee Renewal: 1 year 2 Year Renewal - $1,500+20% Renewal Print/Stills Usage Fee Renewal: 2 years - $1,500+20% Renewal Video Usage Fee Renewal: 2 years -----------------------------------------------------
