Michael was the kid who spent hours building block towers taller than he had any business attempting, always pushing them one level higher before they came down. By his late twenties he's the guy on the crew who notices a foundation is off before anyone else pulls a level, trusted with the complicated jobs not because he asked for them but because he consistently gets them right. He doesn't say much, but he fixes things before anyone asks.
