We're casting a white male actor, 40-55, to play a relatable next door neighbor type across a series of short social media ads for a national financial services brand. He should come across as warm and relatable on camera rather than giving polished spokesperson energy. The shoot day mixes direct-to-camera reads with walk-and-talks opposite a celebrity host. He needs to hold a teleprompter read without sounding like he's reading, and he should be comfortable improvising when a scripted line falls flat. Direct-response or testimonial experience helps.
