About the Job
Authentic-looking country band members preparing backstage before a live performance. Talent will be seen warming up instruments, tuning guitars, and creating the energy of a band getting ready to go on stage with John Rich. The ability to actually play guitar, bass, or drums is a plus but not required, as the role primarily involves believable instrument handling and performance presence. Should feel comfortable moving naturally in a music environment and look the part of experienced touring musicians. Wardrobe should reflect casual country or live music performance style—denim, boots, tees, flannels, or simple stagewear appropriate for a country concert setting.
