Charli is a man who has quietly given up. Not dramatically, not with a breakdown — he just stopped. Stopped shooting, stopped caring, stopped believing that any of it mattered. He's the guy who used to see the world through a lens with wonder, and now he archives other people's images for a living, surrounded by beauty he no longer feels. There's a bitter irony to his job that he's fully aware of and has made peace with in the worst possible way.
