Type A. Systems-oriented. Radiates competence. She’s genuinely, sincerely proud of a process that is objectively insane — she’s not complaining, she’s onboarding. Think of a flight attendant doing the safety demo for the ten thousandth time: the words are right but they’ve become muscle memory. She has a physical vocabulary for everything — hand gestures, choreographed motions, a different move for each step. This is the lead role — a sustained monologue delivered as a walk-and-talk through an office. Needs to be comfortable carrying dense dialogue across multiple takes with conviction and consistency while moving through a space. Deadpan but warm, engaged, and helpful. She just doesn’t hear herself. We’ll rehearse the day before.
