About the Job
Sharp is a by-the-book officer who masks his discomfort with control. He doesn’t see himself as biased, but his implicit fears and assumptions reveal themselves when he enters Quincy’s space. He's not overtly aggressive but is easily provoked by perceived noncompliance. His character is less about individual malice and more a symbol of institutional tension and misunderstanding.
