Beneath her teasing charm is an existential depth and a fragile core, giving the role both a playful and emotional weight. Only one scene, but an important one. Scene set up: Skye is Rhode's "one that got away". They have a long complex history, and understand each other on a level most don't. Rhode asks to see her out of the blue, after several years of silence. They still have that old flirtatious spark, but this time underneath it there's a sense of distance, restraint, and unresolved wounds but she's never bitter or manipulative; she just knows to try to keep a boundary.
