She’s the perfect mix of naive and psychotic — someone who brings cookies to a support group but may have poisoned them. Later, we discover she’s Pastor Harvey’s makeup artist — cheerfully powdering his face while delivering sinisterly chipper one-liners. Think Parks and Rec’s April Ludgate meets Desperate Housewives.
