Synopsis:

Casting real people for a 0% beer photoshoot We’ll be shooting three different scenarios: 1)Young parents - we don't need parents, but need couples for this role early - mid 30s 2)Friends moving into a new apartment (25 - 32 y.o.) 3)A group of cyclists on a break (35-50 y.o.) We’d love to cast a real couple, a real group of friends, and real cyclists for this project.

Project Notes

Usage: All digital and online media, worldwide, for 1 year from first use. (Stills only) Compensation: Session: $350 (8-hour day) + Buyout/Usage: $700 Anticipated Use/Media: Any and all forms of Digital Media now known or hereafter devised (including, without limitation, the internet, mobile, in-app, social media), PR, Internal and Archival media (including on Agency’s website). Territory: Worldwide. Term: One year from first use in any media; with the exception of published and unpaid social media posts, where term is in perpetuity. An additional option year will be pre-negotiated at a rate of 110% of original Usage fee. Usage Option: Option to extend usage for an additional year at original Compensation + 10%. Media Option: Option to add All Media to the Anticipated Use/Media for an additional fee of $2,000.00 USD + 20% Agent Fee. Compensation: We intend to book all Models at $350.00 + 20% Agent Fee (BSF per 8 hour day) and $700.00 + 20% Agent Fee (Buyout/Usage) with all rights included. - Overtime is to be calculated for hours 9 and 10 at $65.63 per hour, and $87.50 per hour for any time beyond 10 hours. - A one-time Wardrobe Stipend (if applicable) is to be paid at a rate of $75.00 USD. - A one-time Manicure Stipend (if applicable) is to be paid at a rate of $50.00 USD. Payment Terms: All talent will be paid through the Agency’s talent payroll provider. Agent invoices will not be accepted. Bookings: Model Performers will be required to sign all contracts prior to appearing on set and a Model Performer will not be considered booked until all contracts are signed.
